Candidate Assessments for International Assignments

The assessment evaluates candidates and their families early in the process to help select and develop employees and spouses for specific international assignments. The assessment includes using a cultural adaptability tool and an assessment interview, which incorporates business and social case studies, to determine one’s ability to live and work in a different environment and adapt to any culture.

The assessment is open to employees, their spouses/partners, and children from age 12.

An assessment report and assignee self-improvement plan is developed and presented to the Company and assignee.
